| comment | Variation of genomic DNA nuclear rDNA ITS1 region and chloroplast rpl16-rpl14　region were analyzed on ten commercial NIB samples. One to several sequence types were found in ITS1 region, some of which were identical to that of the sequence deposited in International DNA database (EMBL/DDBJ/GenBank), and some were novel sequence type. Chloroplast rpl16-rpl14 region were found to be separated in to Japanese origin and Chinese origin. Furthermore, Chinese samples were divided into Coptis teeta origin and the others. C. omeiensis type, which is not listed in JP, was not found in the NIB samples. |
